In 2011, Jeremy McKendry began his study of the art of international bread baking at the International Culinary Center, formerly the French Culinary Institute.
After school, Jeremy started as the head baker for Whole Foods Market in Yonkers, NY. While at Whole Foods, Jeremy met Allison Varian, a professionally trained pastry decorator. After 18 months, the two left Whole Foods for other baking opportunities.
In 2017, after working for some of the finest bakeries in New York City and Westchester County, they decided to open their own bakery.
